Takazawa, Takeshi became a Christian at the age of 11 through English classes taught by missionaries. He joined Asian Access in 1988. Beginning in 1996 he worked with Bob Logan to start a Church Planting Network in Japan. Since 1999 he has been involved with leadership training programs for pastors in other Asian countries (currently eight).Takeshi has been married for 19 years and has two children.
